Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients with daily living activities
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfer of patients safely
- Support healthcare professionals during examinations and procedures
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and equipment
- Document patient care information following facility protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior healthcare experience necessary – we train!
- Current Texas CNA certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
