Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to residents including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and position changes using proper techniques
- Support daily living activities and maintain a clean, safe environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Follow established infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must pass criminal background check and health screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Compassionate nature with strong commitment to patient dignity
- Willingness to complete state-mandated CNA training program
