Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient intake/output, and health observations
- Assist with patient positioning, transfers, and safe ambulation
- Support daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity and privacy
- Collaborate with RNs and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments and infection control protocols
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Current Georgia CNA certification (or enrollment in approved training program)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided upon hire)
- No prior healthcare experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong communication skills and compassionate bedside manner
