Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning
- Support daily living activities while maintaining patient dignity
- Collaborate with nurses and medical staff on patient care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- No prior healthcare experience required
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license (if applicable)
