Responsibilities
- Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Ensure patient hygiene and comfort throughout the shift.
- Document patient care activities, intake, and output into electronic health records.
- Communicate any changes in patient condition or concerns to the nursing staff immediately.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with basic procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior CNA experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Candidates must demonstrate compassion, patience, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are preferred.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory.
