Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals and feeding patients as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
- Report changes in patient behavior, condition, or symptoms to the nursing staff immediately.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Current CNA Certification (or willingness to obtain via our sponsorship program).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients safely.
- Basic computer literacy for documentation purposes.
- Valid driver’s license (if required for travel to different facilities).
