Your Role
You will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care while maintaining a comfortable and safe environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nurses and medical staff with procedures and patient transfers.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure comfort and understanding.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient well-being.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients safely.
