As a CNA, you will play a vital role in the lives of our patients. You will work closely with our medical staff to provide compassionate care, ensuring that our residents and patients feel comfortable and supported during their recovery or daily routines.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility issues and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient needs.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA Certification (State of Wisconsin) required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as needed.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
