We are urgently hiring a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our high-performing team in Detroit, Georgia.

As a key member of our clinical staff, you will ensure smooth operations and deliver compassionate care to patients in a professional and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration) and document in medical records.
- Assist physicians and nursing staff with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain a clean clinic environment.
- Collect and process laboratory specimens, including phlebotomy.
- Manage patient intake, insurance verification, and electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide exceptional customer service and answer patient inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a night shift environment.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
