Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Monitor vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse) and report changes to the charge nurse.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Transport patients to and from treatment areas or wheelchairs as needed.
- Document patient care activities and intake/output accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient requests and call lights.
Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification in the state of Arizona.
- Valid State License (if applicable).
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
