Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care including bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning patients
- Accurately document patient observations and care provided
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Support patients with emotional and social needs
Qualifications
- Active Missouri CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Pass background check and drug screening
