Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding assistance, and mobility support.
- Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report any significant changes to the RN immediately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) to ensure patient hygiene and comfort.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities and intake/output.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, active CNA license in the State of California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and lifting tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine passion for patient advocacy.
