Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with mobility and ambulation as needed.
- Administer medication and document patient records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and patients' families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift patients as required.
