Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and maintain accurate patient records
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams and family members
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Active Colorado CNA certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CPR/BLS certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
