Your Role
You will play a vital role in the daily lives of our residents and patients, providing essential care and comfort. This is a full-time position with room for growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper lifting techniques.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required (must be current).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely (up to 50 lbs).
- Reliable transportation and professional appearance.
