Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional care assistance (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and document vital signs accurately
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities
- Maintain clean, sanitized patient environments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams for seamless care coordination
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active Virginia CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday)
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting schedules
- Pass background check and drug screening
