Responsibilities
- Delicate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and hygiene maintenance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation using EMR systems
- Mobility support and safe transfer techniques for residents
- Mealtime assistance and nutritional monitoring
- Collaborative care coordination with nursing staff and family members
- Emergency response protocol adherence and incident reporting
- Maintain clean, safe resident environments and equipment sanitation
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) with holiday flexibility
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Passionate geriatric care philosophy
- Clean background check and drug screening
