Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation in EHR systems
- Assistance with daily living activities and emotional support
- Collaboration with RNs and physicians for coordinated care plans
- Maintenance of sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Patient observation and reporting of condition changes
- Support during emergency situations and code responses
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EPIC preferred)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screening clearance
