Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents/patients.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff, patients, and family members regarding patient status and needs.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license required (valid in California).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or long-term care setting is preferred but not always required.
- Strong compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and move patients as necessary.
