Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs and patient conditions
- Assist with patient meals and nutritional needs
- Collaborate with nursing staff on patient care plans
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and requests

Qualifications
- Active North Carolina CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
