Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare supervisors
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Assist with mobility transfers and ambulation
- Administer medications under proper supervision
- Maintain accurate patient care documentation
- Support independence while maintaining safety protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Ohio CNA certification
- Minimum 6 months CNA experience preferred
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Reliable transportation with valid driver's license
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate approach to elderly care
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
