Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient feeding and nutrition plans
- Collaborate with RNs and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care
- Complete remote documentation tasks via secure hospital systems
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests
Qualifications
- Current Arizona CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year hospital or acute care experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency for remote documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
