Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with daily living activities and nutrition
- Collaboration with RNs and healthcare team members
- Maintaining clean, safe patient environments
- Observing and reporting patient condition changes
- Supporting emotional well-being of patients and families
Qualifications
- Illinois CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Background check and drug screen clearance
