Responsibilities
- Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and activities of daily living
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Support social and recreational activities for residents
- Adhere to HIPAA and facility protocols
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Clear background check and drug screen
