Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs, ensuring accurate documentation in patient charts
- Assist with medication administration under proper supervision
- Support healthcare team with patient positioning, transfers, and fall prevention
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare staff
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience
- CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
