Responsibilities

  • Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting in a respectful and dignified manner.
  • Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
  • Hygiene & Comfort: Ensure patient rooms are clean, sanitized, and organized to promote a healing environment.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and charge nurse immediately.
