Role Overview
You will play a vital role in the daily lives of seniors and individuals requiring assistance. Our ideal candidate is patient, observant, and genuinely invested in the well-being of those they serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Document care plans and daily progress accurately.
Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physical stamina to lift and assist patients as needed.
