As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality care to patients in a variety of settings, including nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide Direct Patient Care: Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assistance with Mobility: Help patients move safely between beds, wheelchairs, and walking aids.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and care plans.
- Emotional Support: Build rapport with patients and their families, providing compassionate companionship and communication.
- Hygiene & Safety: Ensure patient rooms are clean, safe, and sanitary at all times.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Current Arizona CNA license (or willingness to obtain certification within 90 days).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion: Genuine empathy and a strong desire to help others.
- Reliability: Punctual, professional, and detail-oriented work ethic.
