Responsibilities
- Provide basic bedside care to patients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Communicate changes in patient behavior or condition to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately in electronic health records.
Qualifications
- Current Illinois CNA Certification (CNA-I) required.
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
