Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and dispense prescription medications under pharmacist supervision
- Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock rotation for pharmaceutical products
- Process insurance claims and maintain precise patient records
- Provide exceptional customer service and medication counseling to patients
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment
Qualifications
- Current Oregon Pharmacy Technician certification required
- Minimum 2 years of retail/hospital pharmacy experience
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and drug interactions
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid CPR certification preferred
- Proficient in pharmacy management software (e.g., QS1, Omnicell)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
