Responsibilities
- Prepare sterile fields and surgical instruments for complex procedures
- Assist surgeons during operations with precise instrument passing
- Maintain sterile environments and enforce safety protocols
- Coordinate with remote team for pre-op documentation and supply chain
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance via digital systems

Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- Minimum 2 years recent OR experience
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and digital documentation
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures across specialties
- Ability to work independently in remote settings
- BLS/CPR certification
