- Prepare operating rooms with sterile instruments and equipment
- Assist surgeons during procedures with precise instrument handling
- Maintain sterile environments and implement infection control protocols
- Manage surgical supplies inventory and equipment sterilization
- Collaborate with anesthesia and nursing teams for seamless patient care
- Document procedures accurately and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
- 2+ years recent operating room experience
- Knowledge of sterile processing and surgical instrumentation
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical environments
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Current BLS certification
