Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and medication administration.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary patient environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Document patient care activities and changes in patient condition accurately.
Qualifications
- Current, active CNA License in the state of North Carolina.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
