Position Overview
As a CNA, you will provide essential care to patients in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health. While the primary role is hands-on, we also offer opportunities for remote work in administrative and telehealth coordination roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist in patient documentation and record-keeping
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in telehealth coordination and remote administrative tasks (as assigned)
Qualifications
- Current and valid CNA certification in the state of California
- CPR certification (current)
- Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting preferred
- Ability to work both on-site and remotely (for administrative tasks)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation to on-site locations
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
