Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Living: Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating in a dignified and respectful manner.
- Monitor Vital Signs: Accurately measure and record blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates, reporting any anomalies to the nursing staff immediately.
- Medication Management: Assist patients with medication reminders and ensure compliance with prescribed treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain a clean, safe, and infection-free environment for all residents and patients.
- Communication: Act as a liaison between patients, families, and medical staff, providing updates on patient well-being and emotional support.
- Remote Documentation: Utilize secure digital platforms to log care activities and update patient records efficiently from your workstation.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certification: Current CNA certification in Colorado, or eligibility to obtain certification through our sponsored training program.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we value attitude, empathy, and a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and stand for extended periods; physical stamina is essential for this role.
