As a CNA, you will play a vital role in the daily lives of our patients, providing high-quality care in a supportive and professional environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Assist with mobility, transferring patients to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring dietary restrictions are met.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately in electronic health records.
- Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing staff immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be a High School Graduate or equivalent.
- Strong desire to work in the healthcare field.
- Must be willing to obtain a valid state CNA license.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- CPR certification is a plus but not mandatory for new hires.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
