Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist nurses and physicians with medical procedures and daily rounds.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans.
- Document patient observations and care provided accurately in medical records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Current CNA certification (or willingness to obtain certification through our sponsorship program).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist with lifting patients.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help the elderly or sick.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
