Responsibilities
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Provide high-quality personal care and emotional support to residents in a home-like setting.
- Document patient care plans and update medical records accurately and timely.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all patients and staff.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, registered nurses, and therapy teams to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA license in the state of Wisconsin required.
- High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
- CPR/BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for patient care.
