Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and assistance with mobility.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with nurses and physicians to ensure comprehensive patient care plans.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies within your scope of practice.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA license in Minnesota.
- CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
