Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive remote patient assessments and evaluations via telehealth platforms.
- Administer medication management and monitor patient health status remotely.
- Document patient care plans, vital signs, and progress notes accurately in EHR systems.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop optimal treatment plans.
- Provide patient education and support via virtual channels to ensure compliance.
- Respond promptly to urgent patient inquiries and escalate critical issues immediately.
- Ensure adherence to all state nursing regulations and company compliance policies.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Nevada.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital or specialty setting.
