Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and licensed therapists.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding as needed.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation as required by facility protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Adhere to strict infection control and safety standards at all times.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during their stay.
Qualifications
- Current CNA Certification and valid state license.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong compassion and patience when interacting with patients.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
