Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in patient health to the nursing supervisor.
- Assist with transfers and mobility to ensure patient safety.
- Administer medication and treatments as directed by the RN or LPN.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Current and active CNA Certification and State Licensure.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care or home health setting preferred.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Physical ability to lift, stand, and move patients for extended periods.
- Compassionate attitude and dedication to patient-centered care.
