Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by gathering relevant data and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing (WI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
