Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient health status accurately.
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) in a compassionate manner.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff and physicians.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Document care provided in electronic health records (EHR) promptly.
Qualifications
- Current State of Michigan CNA or LPN license (must be active).
- CPR/BLS certification (American Heart Association).
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
