Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond immediately to any changes in clinical status.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing Program (ADN, BSN, or Diploma).
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the State of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure hospital environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new medical technologies and procedures.
