Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Monitor and document vital signs, pain levels, and patient behavior accurately.
- Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Active Michigan CNA License (or RN/LPN license).
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association).
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred.
