Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and feeding patients.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respirations.
- Assist licensed nurses with medical procedures and prepare patients for examinations.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
- Document patient care activities and observations accurately and in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of Missouri required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively during the night shift.
