Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care during overnight shifts
- Monitor vital signs and document patient status
- Assist with ADLs (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Respond to emergency situations calmly
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with night-shift nursing teams
Qualifications
- Active OH CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BLS/CPR certification
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass background/drug screening
- EMR proficiency preferred
