Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care in ER, ICU, or Med-Surg units
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vitals and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond to emergency situations with calm expertise
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
- Provide patient education and discharge planning
Qualifications
- Active RN license in WA or GA
- BSN preferred; ADN with 2+ years experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- ACLS/PALS preferred for critical care roles
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts
- EMR/EHR proficiency (Epic experience a plus)
