Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) to residents
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Document care activities accurately and maintain resident records
- Support residents with daily activities while maintaining dignity
- Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated care plans
Qualifications
- Current North CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Must pass background check and drug screening
